Sadia Ahmed joined KC Solicitors in January 2019 and works directly under the supervision of Mohammed Abul Kalam Chowdhury. Following the successful completion of her LLB (Hon’s) at Northumbria University, Sadia completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) for Solicitors at the University of West of England.
Sadia has over 2 years’ experience in the family law and possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in the area. She has successfully dealt with family matters including child contact arrangements, child enforcement orders, domestic violence, divorce, non-molestation orders, occupation orders, prohibited steps orders, specific issue orders, varying/discharging undertakings, and orders, amongst other cases.
Sadia is additionally proficient in dealing with a range of immigration law matters including Entry clearance, further leave to remain, home office fee waiver applications, discretionary leave, EEA and EU law, Naturalisation, Indefinite leave to remain, Change of Conditions, amongst others.
