Our Fees
At KC Solicitors we are transparent about our fees. We can agree on a fixed fee agreement in straightforward cases, but in cases with complexity, we will charge based on our hourly rates which are set according to our fee earners’ knowledge and expertise. Please refer to our fee earning categories.
Our existing hourly rates range from £100.00 to £240.00 plus VAT. We will discuss our fees directly with you and give approximate costs based on your individual circumstances, including the complexity of your case as well as the level of service you require.
Our fees do not cover any other disbursements. Disbursements are expenses such as Home Office fees, Court fees, Counsel fees and travel expenses that we may incur on your behalf.
If you are not eligible for legal aid, our hourly charging rates are:
- £240.000 per hour plus VAT for a Director
- £175.00 per hour plus VAT for a Solicitor with over 4 years’ qualification
- £150.00 per hour plus VAT for a Solicitor with under 4 years’ qualification
- £100.00 per hour plus VAT for a Trainee Solicitor
