Personal Information
Najmin is the Head of Family Law at KC Solicitors. She completed her Law Degree at Queen Mary University, before going on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.
Najmin is experienced in all areas of family law with particular emphasis on childcare matters concerning Residence and Contact. She also has experience in Financial Relief, Care Proceedings and SGO Applications.
She also has detailed knowledge concerning injunctive proceedings including obtaining Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders.
Najmin has been praised by clients for her personable and empathetic manner to their issues. She is dedicated to obtaining the best possible outcome as swiftly as possible.
Najmin holds the Family Law Advanced Accreditation, which is a recognised quality standard for family law practitioners by the Law Society.
